George Jean Eugéne de Vuillefroy, French, 19th Century
George Jean Eugéne de Vuillefroy was the son of animal artist Félix Dominique de Vuillefroy. Born at Quimper, he followed his father’s lead of painting animals, in particular dogs.
George Jean Eugéne de Vuillefroy exhibited his work in 1880 at the famed Paris Salon.
